02How quickly can you deliver after an order is placed?
In most cases we deliver within 24 hours of receiving a confirmed order. Turnaround depends on port location and stock availability, but we always aim to meet your vessel's schedule.
03How do you handle cold chain provisions?
All perishable stores travel in our own refrigerated vehicles at controlled temperatures. We maintain strict cold chain protocols from warehouse to quayside to ensure freshness and food safety.
04Is there a minimum order value?
No minimum order required. Whether it's a top-up for a short coastal run or a full provision for an ocean voyage, we're happy to supply.
05Do you supply foreign-flagged vessels?
Absolutely. We serve Turkish- and foreign-flagged vessels alike, with the same level of quality and service across the board.
06What payment terms do you offer?
We accept bank transfer, credit card, and cash. For established accounts and fleet operators, we also offer credit terms — just ask our team for details.
07Do you supply bonded stores?
Yes. Under bonded stores we supply tobacco, alcohol and special-request items in full compliance with customs regulations, with complete documentation.
08Can I order using IMPA codes?
Certainly. Send your list with IMPA catalogue numbers; our quote is prepared line by line against each code, with substitutes clearly marked.
09Do you provide food safety and quality documentation?
We operate to ISO 9001, ISO 22000 and HACCP standards. On request, origin, analysis and health certificates are provided with the delivery documents.
10Can you handle urgent orders?
Our operations team works around the clock. For vessels with a close ETA we can arrange same-day delivery through regional warehouses and port teams; orders can also be placed via your agent.
