OUR CORE SERVICE

Ship Provisioning & Supply.

Provisions, bonded stores and technical supplies from a single chandler: IMPA-coded ordering, cold chain integrity and alongside delivery at more than 40 Turkish ports.

Ship provisioning covers every supply item a vessel needs for her voyage — food provisions, cabin and cleaning stores, bonded (duty-free) goods, deck and engine room consumables — planned around the port call and delivered alongside. Tok Ship Supply (known locally as "Tok Kumanya") has provided this service to Turkish- and foreign-flagged vessels since 2005.

Orders can be placed using IMPA Marine Stores Guide catalogue numbers; our quotation is prepared line by line against each code. With our refrigerated fleet, regional warehouses and port teams, we plan around your ETA and deliver complete at the agreed hour.

ORDER PROCESS

How Ordering Works

A standard four-step flow from enquiry to alongside delivery — orders may also be routed through your agent:

01

Send your list

Share your stores list via WhatsApp or e-mail with vessel name, port and ETA. IMPA catalogue numbers are welcome.

02

Quote within 2 hours

Our team prepares an itemized quote, line by line; substitutes are clearly marked. Supply starts on your approval.

03

Sourcing & preparation

Goods are consolidated at our regional warehouses; cold chain items are loaded onto temperature-controlled vehicles and bonded items are cleared with customs paperwork.

04

Alongside delivery

Complete delivery to your vessel at the agreed hour; delivery documents and requested certificates are handed to the master or agent against signature.

DELIVERY

Delivery & Operating Terms

Depending on port location, delivery is normally completed within 24 hours of order confirmation; same-day delivery can be arranged for vessels with a close ETA.

02

Cold chain

Perishables travel in our own refrigerated vehicles with unbroken temperature control from warehouse to quayside.

03

Coverage

More than 40 ports on the Black Sea, Marmara, Aegean and Mediterranean coasts; supply-boat service for vessels at anchorage is coordinated subject to port facilities.

04

Documentation

We operate to ISO 9001, ISO 22000 and HACCP standards; origin, analysis and health certificates are provided with delivery documents on request.

Is there a minimum order?

No minimum order value applies — from a top-up for a short coastal run to full provisioning for an ocean voyage, every order size is welcome.
